INFORMATION OBLIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

‍Due to the fact that your personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and company name, are in our database and are processed by Anegis Sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, address: Powstańców Śląskich Street 17/Building D, 53-332 Wrocław, KRS: 0000472846, NIP: 8971791899 (hereinafter: Company or Administrator), we would like to provide you with detailed information on how we process your personal data, in accordance with Article 13(1) of the GDPR.

We process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), which is to provide information about our services, including direct marketing, and to maintain business relationships.

Legal basis
The Administrator will process your personal data on the basis of at. 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. in connection with its legitimate interest, which is:

  • providing commercial information, including direct marketing, based on consent with Article 398 (1) and (2) of the Act of July 12, 2024, Electronic Communications Law;
  • defense against claims, in the event of a conflict in terms of the Company's performance of sending commercial information.

Scope of data
The Company will process the following range of data: first name, last name, telephone, email address, company name.
 
Processing period
For sending commercial information, your data will be processed until you revoke your consent or object to the processing of your data. In the case of defense against claims, your data will be stored for a period of 3 years after you revoke your consent or object to the processing of your data.

Recipients of the data
Data may be shared with third-party technology partners (e.g. Microsoft) only to the extent necessary for marketing and sales purposes. In addition, data may be shared with entities that support the Company with legal and data protection services.
 
Rights of the data owner
You have the right to request from the Company access to your data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the Company's processing of your data.‍

In addition, if you believe that the Company is processing your data in violation of applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

CONSENT TO SENDING COMMERCIAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING DIRECT MARKETING

Pursuant to the content of Article 398 section 1 and 2 of the Act of July 12, 2024 Law of electronic communication, I hereby give my consent to sending commercial information within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of July 18, 2002 on providing services by electronic means, including for direct marketing purposes, by the company operating under the name of ANEGIS spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością based in Wrocław, address: Powstańców Śląskich Street 17/Building D, 53-332 Wrocław, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław VI Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number: 0000472846, NIP: 8971791899 (hereinafter referred to as , “the Company”).

The consent referred to above includes the possibility of sending commercial information, including direct marketing, by the Company to:

  • electronic mail address (e-mail) indicated on the form
  • telephone number: indicated on the form, including sending commercial information and in conducting direct marketing in the form of SMS/MMS, as well as initiating direct telephone conversations.

At the same time, I declare that:

  • The Company, on the basis of the consent granted, for the purpose of sending commercial information (among others, commercial offers and newsletters), including direct marketing, may use, in particular, automatic calling systems or telecommunication terminal equipment within the meaning of the Electronic Communications Law of July 12, 2024;
  • this consent has been given knowingly and voluntarily, and I have read its contents before giving it;
  • this consent is valid for an indefinite period of time, and I am aware that this consent may be unconditionally withdrawn by me at any time, and in the event of its withdrawal the Company loses the right to send commercial information, including direct marketing based on this consent;
  • I am aware that I may withdraw this consent by any means that will sufficiently disclose my will to do so, including by sending an e-mail to info@anegis.com or to the e-mail address from which I received the commercial information from the Company, or through the telephone number from which the Company contacted me.
