- you have 2-3 years of experience in a consulting/IT/outsourcing company in a similar position
- you know how to use data, Power BI reports and MS Office package (especially Excel)
- you are able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- you are a team player and able to find yourself in the role of a coordinator between different people/departments
- you speak English at min. B2
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing documentation, including competency matrixes and development plans for our consultants
- Onboarding, mentoring, training and certification of consultants
- Preparing reports and summaries for the Department Director, supporting long-term business planning
- Coordination of internship programs
- Back-office tasks and office administration support
