Project summary
BUUK upgraded its Dynamics AX on-premises system to Dynamics 365 in the cloud, with process improvements in project management, finance management, purchasing processes, sales processes, and master data management.
Workflow acceptance processes were launched in Dynamics 365. In addition, as part of the project, several interfaces were implemented to facilitate communication with other systems and third-party software.
A built-in Dynamics 365 tool was integrated, enabling direct data feeding into the data warehouse, which serves as the primary data source for BI reporting.
