ANEGIS implements Dynamics 365 at Global Creative Transformation Company, strengthening security and compliance of their financial system
Continue readingANEGIS has successfully completed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Global Creative Transformation Company. The company has maintained its leadership position in advertising and communication industries, ensured data and process security, achieved operational efficiency, and aligned its financial system with tax regulations in key operating countries – the United Kingdom and the United States.
Addressing challenges, achieving objectives
The transition from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 was necessitated by the system's obsolescence and the impending end of extended support. Lack of updates posed risks not only in terms of application compliance but also data security.
To address these challenges, the project aimed at upgrading to Dynamics 365 while simultaneously enhancing processes, particularly in the area of Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) for automatic bank payments.
ANEGIS, chosen as one of the three vendors through a rigorous selection process, was entrusted with project execution. This decision reflects the company's confidence in ANEGIS, forged through a history of successful collaborations, including their inaugural project in 2014.
"We are proud that our client once again trusted us in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. Our effective cooperation will continue with full commitment and reliability," said Michał Tekiela, CEO of ANEGIS.
Harmonization and process control – Dynamics 365 implementation
The project commenced in February 2021 and phased implementation continued until May 2022.
The scope of the project included the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with an external Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) module and reporting with Power BI. The project involved users from finance departments in London and New York, as well as staff responsible for expenditures in these branches.
The upgrade yielded numerous benefits, including streamlined business processes, reduced system modifications, and lowered infrastructure maintenance costs. Additionally, the integration of a new module for managing employee expenses facilitated process optimization, while electronic bank payments bolstered transaction security. The utilization of Power BI enabled standardized reporting and enhanced operational oversight.
Paving the way for full digitization
The implementation of Dynamics 365 signifies a pivotal step towards comprehensive process digitization. Future initiatives include migrating invoice approvals to the system and integrating features for uploading supporting documentation into Dynamics 365. Continuous software development efforts aim to further enhance efficiency and address evolving business requirements.
