Participation Terms and Conditions

§ 1 General Provisions
1.

These regulations specify the terms of participation in the online conference Dynamics 365. Harnessing AI, organized by ANEGIS Ltd.

2.

Dynamics 365. Harnessing AI, hereinafter referred to as the Conference, is an online event held on the Streamyard online platform.

3.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, times, or platform for the conference.

4.

The Conference is targeted at representatives of companies seeking business solutions, excluding Microsoft partners, IT companies, and companies that provide and implement ERP, CRM, and other IT software.

5.

Participation in the conference is free of charge.

6.

§ 2 Definitions

Unless the Terms and Conditions explicitly state otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

2. Conference

The online event Dynamics 365. Harnessing AI organized on the Streamyard platform.

3. Organizer

ANEGIS Ltd., Centrum Południe, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 17, building D, 53-332 Wrocław

4. Registration

Submitting to the Organizer a request to participate in the Conference by completing the Registration Form.

5. Registration Form

The form available at https://www.anegis.com/conferences/harnessing-ai

6. Registration Confirmation

The message sent by the Organizer to the email address provided by the Participant during Registration.

7. Participant

A person representing a company, registered to participate in the Conference.

§ 3 Conditions for Participation
1.

To participate in the Conference, registration must be completed via the Registration Form available at https://www.anegis.com/conferences/harnessing-ai

2.

To register, the Participant should fill out and submit the Registration Form on the website https://www.anegis.com/conferences/harnessing-ai, providing their name, company name, VAT ID, email address, and phone number.

3.

The confirmation or rejection of the registration will be communicated by the Organizer via email within 24 hours of the submission of the Registration Form. The decision to reject the registration will be based on the criteria specified in points 4 and 5 of these Regulations.

4.

Microsoft partners and other IT companies are excluded from participating in the Conference.

5.

A maximum of 4 employees from one company can participate in the Conference at one time.

6.

The Participant is obliged to familiarise himself with the Terms and Conditions.

§ 4 Program Changes
1.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Conference program, including speakers, topics, and presentation times.

2.

Participants will be informed of such changes via announcements on the Conference website and by email sent to the address provided during Registration.

3.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Conference up to the date of its conclusion.

§ 5 Recording and Photography
1.

Participants’ images will be recorded and photographed during the Conference. This includes audio, video, and photography.

2.

The Organizer reserves the right to use these materials for documentation, promotional, and informational purposes. The objective is direct marketing as the Organizer's legitimate interest.

3.

Participants have no right to compensation or other claims for the use of their image in materials produced during the Conference.

§ 6 Data Protection
1.

The data controller of Participants' personal data is ANEGIS Ltd., Centrum Południe, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 17, building D, 53-332 Wrocław.

2.

By registering, the Participant consents to the processing of their personal data and its sharing with third parties for the purpose of conducting the Conference, including creating a list of Participants. If the person making the Registration is not the Participant, they also consent to the processing of their personal data.

3.

Personal data may also be processed for documentation, reporting, advertising, and promotional purposes with the Participant’s consent.

4.

By registering, the Participant consents to the provision of electronic services related to the Conference.

5.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

6.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Conference.

7.

The Organizer adheres to and follows a security policy.

§ 8 Final Provisions
1.

Submitting a registration form on the Conference website signifies acceptance of these Regulations.

2.

The detailed program of the Conference is available on the Conference website.

3.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Conference will be resolved by the court competent for the Organizer's registered office.

4.

Matters not regulated by these Regulations are subject to Polish law.

5.

The Regulations come into effect on the date of their posting on the website: [link]

6.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Regulations.
