Talkdesk®, Inc, a global cloud contact center leader for customer-obsessed companies, partnered with ANEGIS, earns the n#1 spot in the G2 Spring Reports 2023 for Overall Global Contact Center Grid by G2 – the business solutions review platform. This is Talkdesk’s fourth consecutive accolade in this seasonal ranking.

The spring edition of the ranking - G2 Spring Reports 2023 - saw Talkdesk outperform its competitors in seven key contact centre categories: Contact Centre, Call Centre Infrastructure, Contact Centre Knowledge Base, Contact Centre Workforce, Auto Dialer, Speech Analytics, Contact Centre Quality Assurance.

Talkdesk also holds the G2 platform record among CCaaS solution providers for the highest number of reviews with more than 1490 five-star ratings.

G2 is a review platform and comparison engine for business solutions. There are more than 145 000 products and services in the G2 database. G2 reports are based on user ratings and assist in making decisions based on user experiences.

The G2 ranking distinction is another Talkdesk title won this year.
