- Lack of automation. Employees waste an average of over 21 days a year on simple or repetitive tasks (Zippia, 2023). This, in turn, increases project costs, causes frustration, and raises the risk of team burnout.

This enables the rapid implementation of necessary adjustments, which translates into increased productivity and reduced production costs.

By monitoring and analyzing energy usage data, companies can identify areas where savings can be made, for example, through machine upgrades or production schedule optimization.

- Monitoring and control systems. Implementing resource usage monitoring and process control systems to identify areas of waste.
- Reducing bureaucracy. Simplifying procedures and decision-making processes to increase efficiency and reduce time waste.
- Effective space management. Optimizing office and warehouse space utilization to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
