Products and solutions that deliver this value
The foundation of this area is the HR functionality within the finance and operations application family, integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance for staff costs and Project Operations for resource planning. Power Platform with Copilot Studio and Power BI adds automation and analytics, and we connect Polish payroll through an integration. The ANEGIS incentive system (AMOS) extends the scope.

A clear, structured path for change in your company
Switching systems doesn't have to mean chaos. We guide you through four simple steps, ensuring that at every stage, you know exactly what is happening, why it’s happening, and what comes next.
Needs Analysis
We get to know your situation, processes, and goals. Together, we determine what needs to change and how we will measure the success of that change.
Choosing the Right Solutions
We recommend the scope, path, and variant, always starting with standard options. You make your decisions based on facts, not assumptions.
Roadmap
Schedule, budget, roles, and decision gates. Everyone knows who is responsible for what and when decisions are made.
Implementation and monitoring
We implement in stages, incorporating testing and risk management, and once live, we stabilize the system and transition to ongoing support.
The value of organizing this area
Putting HR in order on a single platform translates into measurable results:
One source of employee data, and an end to manual syncing between HR, the ERP, and Microsoft 365.
A lighter administrative load on HR, as self-service and automation free up time for a strategic role.
Shorter recruitment and orderly onboarding, thanks to AI agents and repeatable onboarding paths.
People decisions on data, with headcount, staff costs, and skills planned on current numbers.
Compliance and security of HR data, with access control and audit readiness in one environment.
A shorter time to value, thanks to the ANEGIS methodology and solutions.

Why entrust this area to us
- An exclusive focus on Dynamics 365, with HR functionality inside the finance and operations family rather than in a standalone HR system.
- Experience integrating HR with the rest of the platform: Finance for staff costs, Project Operations for resources, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
- Polish localisation and compliance: integration with Polish payroll and PPK; on the finance side, KSeF, JPK, and the Polish Localisation Pack.
- A presence in Poland and the UK, with local implementations and international rollouts when HR is to run as a single standard across the group.
- The Success by Design methodology, risk control, and our own solutions (including AMOS); we also take on the recovery of at-risk projects.

Frequently asked questions about the human capital area
Do we need a separate HR system alongside Dynamics 365?
No. HR functions now belong to the finance and operations application family, so you run staffing, payroll, working time, and development in the same environment as finance and operations, on shared data.
What happened to the Dynamics 365 Human Resources app?
The standalone app was moved into the finance and operations infrastructure. All of its functions are now available within that family, and new capabilities, including AI and agents, are arriving there.
Will Dynamics 365 calculate Polish payroll?
Dynamics 365 handles staffing, compensation, and benefits, and remains the source of HR data. Polish payroll, including the payroll run, ZUS, PIT, and PPK, is handled through integration with a dedicated payroll system, in line with local regulations.
What value do AI and agents bring in HR?
Generating job descriptions and supporting recruitment interviews, an agent that runs onboarding, and Copilot: suggestions, automation of routine tasks, and access to data in natural language.
Where do you start?
With an assessment of your HR processes and current systems. On that basis we recommend the scope and sequence of work; see the Pre-implementation audit or ERP implementation.
