Nicols is one of the leading manufacturers of household and cleaning products, such as sponges, cloths, air fresheners, and toilet hygiene products. The company's manufacturing operations require efficient management of finance, logistics, and production processes.
Project Description
The project covered the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for 228 users in the areas of finance, sales, production planning, warehouse management (WMS), transport (TMS), intercompany processes, purchasing, master planning, cost management, and production control. It also included requirements analysis, architecture design, system modifications, training, and post-implementation support.
Challenge
The growing scale of manufacturing operations called for the implementation of a single integrated ERP system to streamline the management of finance, production, logistics, warehouses, and intercompany processes. Ensuring data consistency and efficient production planning was also an important part of the project.
Solution
ANEGIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance together with functionality supporting production planning, warehouse, transport, sales, purchasing, and cost management. The project covered business analysis, solution design, system configuration, development of dedicated functionality, user training, and post-go-live support.
