Project Description
The project covered the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for WPP's head office, which acts as a shared services centre. The system supports financial processes, budgeting, invoicing, multi-company handling, workflow, and advanced controlling. Given the global nature of the organisation, particular emphasis was placed on the performance, architecture, and stability of the solution.
Challenge
The biggest challenge was implementing an efficient ERP system serving a global organisation operating in a multilingual environment, with a large number of users and high requirements for financial reporting, process automation, and reliability.
Solution
ANEGIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics together with an extension of financial functionality, optimisation of system performance, preparation of new audit reports, and automation of invoicing and document-handling processes. The project also covered user training and post-implementation support.
