The client is a world leader in communications. The holding brings together many renowned advertising and marketing agencies, employs more than 115,000 people in over 100 countries, and operates in marketing, media, data and analytics, PR, brand consulting, and health and wellness.
Project Description
The project covered upgrading Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 together with streamlining financial processes. A key element of the implementation was the Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) module, providing automation of bank payments, SOX compliance, advanced reporting, and full control of user access.
Challenge
The global advertising holding needed to modernise its ERP system and increase the security of its financial processes. The aim of the project was to eliminate the manual handling of bank payments, ensure SOX compliance, and create a flexible reporting environment for an international organisation.
Solution
ANEGIS carried out the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, implemented the Treasury Automation Suite (TAS) module, prepared dedicated system modifications, and reporting in Microsoft Power BI. The project covered requirements analysis, architecture design, solution development, testing, user training, and post-implementation care.
