New Yorker is one of the largest European clothing store chains, with more than 1,000 stores in 40 countries. The company's dynamic growth called for a modern system to support sales, logistics, price management, and financial processes.
Project Description
The project covered the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 for one of the largest European fashion chains. The scope covered finance, warehouses, high-bay warehouses, sales, Supply Chain Management, replenishment, price management, and support for a network of more than 1,000 stores. Dedicated tools for data migration, process automation, and further system development were also prepared.
Challenge
The company needed a platform able to handle a multilingual, multi-company environment covering more than 1,000 stores. The key challenge was managing prices across all countries, migrating a huge amount of data from the previous solution, and ensuring high performance of the logistics and sales system.
Solution
ANEGIS designed and implemented dedicated Microsoft Dynamics extensions, including an advanced price management engine, data migration tools, solutions supporting logistics, and mechanisms integrating the system with existing applications. The project also covered performance optimisation and the continuous development of new functionality.
