We understand your challenges
AMS automatically monitors the availability of all components and sends an alert to ANEGIS support or straight to you.
AMS checks data consistency continuously and automatically catches unwanted operations.
AMS monitors resource load and database size, alerting you at critical thresholds.
AMS regularly analyses performance and points to the specific areas that need optimisation.
AMS analyses database queries, sets diagnostic traps in the code, and compares data over time.
AMS monitors all these areas in one system, tailored to the specifics of each.
You respond to downtime before it blocks the team's work.
You catch a data error immediately, not at month-end close.
You scale resources before the system slows down, not after it already has.
You know exactly what to optimise, instead of guessing.
You diagnose a problem from data, not by trial and error.
One source of alerts for the whole organisation, instead of scattered departmental tools.

Monitoring the availability of the system and external services
AMS sends automatic alerts about the unavailability of Dynamics 365, an Azure service, or external services, for example the Ministry of Finance service. It also notifies you of the unavailability of interfaces needed for data exchange with the system and monitors the technical infrastructure the system relies on.

Monitoring business processes and data consistency
AMS checks the consistency of related data, for example the number of sales invoices without an external receipt or purchase invoices without an external issue, and warns about unwanted operations in the system. The monitoring also covers operations specific to your system, defined by your own criteria.

Monitoring the technical condition and performance of the infrastructure
The system monitors the state of the infrastructure components: the RAM usage of the AOS virtual machine, CPU load, database size, and processing growth. It detects performance drops and points to directions for optimising the system's operation.

Diagnostics, predicting problems, and support for the service team
AMS analyses database queries, deadlocks, and the need to create an index, and diagnostic traps can be set in the code and included in the monitored elements. Alerts set on selected parameters make it possible to anticipate events, and the service team can additionally track the number of logged-in users or license renewal dates.

Products that help us drive change
We don't just deploy standalone applications; we implement a cohesive suite of Microsoft solutions—from Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to advanced analytics and AI—tailored to your specific goals. Everything runs on a unified data foundation, meaning information entered once works across your entire organization, while AI supports your processes exactly where the work happens.

A clear, structured path for change in your company
Switching systems doesn't have to mean chaos. We guide you through four simple steps, ensuring that at every stage, you know exactly what is happening, why it’s happening, and what comes next.
Needs analysis
We get to know your situation, processes, and goals. Together, we determine what needs to change and how we will measure the success of that change.
Choosing the right solutions
We recommend the scope, path, and variant, always starting with standard options. You make your decisions based on facts, not assumptions.
Roadmap
Schedule, budget, roles, and decision gates. Everyone knows who is responsible for what and when decisions are made.
Implementation and monitoring
We implement in stages, incorporating testing and risk management, and once live, we stabilize the system and transition to ongoing support.

FAQs
Can AMS change the data it monitors in the system?
No. AMS only monitors and has no effect on the data held in the system.
What guarantee of data security and confidentiality does AMS provide?
AMS collects data only within the scope agreed with you, maintaining confidentiality and high technical and organisational security standards.
Does using AMS put extra load on the system?
No. AMS retrieves data through intermediate systems, for example Azure Data Lake, so it does not burden your production environment.
Who is responsible for installing and maintaining the monitoring?
ANEGIS, as the system vendor, provides the installation and maintenance of AMS and the configuration of metrics.
Can AMS monitor applications outside Microsoft Dynamics 365?
Yes. AMS can also cover other solutions and infrastructure components on your side.
