Legal basis for personal data processing
The Data Controller processes personal data based on one of the following grounds:
- The data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
- Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
- Data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
- Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
Basic principles of data processing
The Data Controller protects personal data against unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized removal, processing in violation of the Act, unauthorized alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
Data processed by the Controller must be factually accurate, meaning it must reflect the actual state of affairs. If the purpose of processing changes, consent for data processing must be obtained from the data subject.
Processing data for purposes other than those for which it was collected is permissible if it does not infringe upon the rights and freedoms of the data subject and is conducted for scientific, educational, historical, or statistical research purposes.
The Data Controller conducts an annual review of processed personal data to determine the necessity of continued processing. Employees authorized to process personal data are required to cooperate with the Data Controller in this regard and identify any personal data that should be deleted because the purpose of processing has been fulfilled or the data is no longer adequate for that purpose.
Purpose and scope of personal data processing
Anegis Sp. z o.o. processes personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing orders and providing services.
- Managing the recruitment process.
The Anegis Sp. z o.o. website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
