We understand your challenges
OPAA retrieves data from various repositories and sends it to Dynamics 365 through one configured mechanism.
OPAA confirms both the correct transfer of the data set and its processing in Dynamics 365.
You set whether the set must pass as a whole or whether the correct documents are enough, with the rest flagged separately as errors.
OPAA points to specific transfer or processing errors with a message and sends an error code you can base further logic on in the source system.
You set the size of the data packages and how they are packed once, in the configuration.
OPAA does not interfere with the data transmitted or processed, since it handles transport and validation, not modification.
You do not build a separate connection for every new data source.
You are sure the data has not gone missing somewhere along the way.
A thousand correct records do not wait on fixing one faulty one.
You know exactly what to fix, without guessing and searching through logs.
Large data volumes pass through without manual splitting every time.
The data reaches Dynamics 365 exactly as it left the source.

Importing data from many sources and repositories
OPAA retrieves data from network locations, web services, the FTP, SFTP, and FTPS protocols, SQL databases, and ESB data buses, transferring it from the client's infrastructure to the cloud and validating it in Dynamics 365. You do not build a separate system connection for every new source.

Confirmations and handling of transmission errors
The module confirms both the correct transfer of the data set between the source system and Dynamics 365 and its processing in the target system. When something goes wrong, it points to specific transmission or processing errors with a message and sends an error code you can base further logic on in the source system, without resending all the data.

Configuring package size and data integrity
You set the size of the data packages sent, for example the number of invoices sent at once, and the integrity level for compound data, so that, for example, all the lines of a document must pass together before the header is considered correctly processed. Separately, you decide whether the data set must pass in full or whether the correct documents are enough, which is especially useful for large volumes with individual errors.

Automated launching and transmission security
The module launches automatically on the Windows Task Scheduler, through the console, or an .exe file, depending on your needs. OPAA does not interfere with the data transmitted or processed, and before sending it optimises it technically, packing it into a .zip format.

Products that help us drive change
We don't just deploy standalone applications; we implement a cohesive suite of Microsoft solutions—from Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to advanced analytics and AI—tailored to your specific goals. Everything runs on a unified data foundation, meaning information entered once works across your entire organization, while AI supports your processes exactly where the work happens.

A clear, structured path for change in your company
Switching systems doesn't have to mean chaos. We guide you through four simple steps, ensuring that at every stage, you know exactly what is happening, why it’s happening, and what comes next.
Needs analysis
We get to know your situation, processes, and goals. Together, we determine what needs to change and how we will measure the success of that change.
Choosing the right solutions
We recommend the scope, path, and variant, always starting with standard options. You make your decisions based on facts, not assumptions.
Roadmap
Schedule, budget, roles, and decision gates. Everyone knows who is responsible for what and when decisions are made.
Implementation and monitoring
We implement in stages, incorporating testing and risk management, and once live, we stabilize the system and transition to ongoing support.

FAQs
Does OPAA put load on Dynamics 365 during an import?
No, the communication happens outside the main Dynamics 365 database. The module acts as an intermediary that transfers and validates data before it reaches the target system. The same mechanism powers, among other things, the ANEGIS KSeF integration, where we deliberately route traffic to the Ministry of Finance outside Dynamics 365, so as not to affect its performance.
Which data sources can OPAA retrieve data from?
From network locations, web services, the FTP, SFTP, and FTPS protocols, SQL databases, and ESB data buses.
What happens when part of the data in a large batch is invalid?
You configure whether the set has to pass in full or whether processing the correct documents is enough. The second option is especially useful for large data volumes where only individual records are wrong.
How is a data import started?
Automatically, on the Windows Task Scheduler, or on demand, through the console or an .exe file.
Does OPAA modify data during transmission?
No. The module does not interfere with the data being transmitted or processed. Its role is limited to transport, validation, and confirming that processing was correct.
