CTDI
Implementing Microsoft Fabric let CTDI unify reporting, automate price and sales forecasting, and use artificial intelligence to make better business decisions.
CTDI, a global leader in services for the telecoms sector
CTDI (Communications Test Design, Inc.) is a global provider of engineering, logistics, and service solutions for the communications sector. The company employs more than 20,000 people at over 100 locations worldwide, including 4,200 in 26 branches in Europe.
Project Description
To increase predictability and automate decision-making, CTDI implemented Microsoft Fabric as a central analytics platform for the company's European operations. The project covered consolidating reporting tools, integrating data from multiple sources, and deploying predictive price analytics using machine learning.
Challenge
A fragmented Business Intelligence environment and multiple data sources made reporting and sales forecasting difficult. The aim of the project was to create a single analytics platform, automate analysis, and increase the predictability of business processes using artificial intelligence.
Solution
ANEGIS implemented Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from various systems into one analytics environment. The solution covered automated reporting, exploratory data analysis (EDA), the deployment of statistical and machine learning models for price and sales forecasting, and mechanisms for continuous evaluation of the forecasts.
Benefit
Microsoft Fabric let CTDI unify business analytics, automate sales and price forecasting, increase data security, and make business decisions faster. The platform also created a solid foundation for further developing advanced analytics and using artificial intelligence in other areas.
