Project Description
The project covered the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance for the Saller Polbau group and the provision of long-term support for operations and the further development of the solution. The system was adapted to the specifics of commercial real estate management and the company's financial processes.
Challenge
The aim of the project was to implement a modern ERP system providing full control over financial processes and to create a stable platform enabling the organisation's further growth as the number of managed properties increases.
