Westfield is one of the largest owners and managers of shopping centres in the world. The company manages the entire property lifecycle, from design and construction, through leasing, to management and marketing. Its portfolio includes prestigious shopping centres in London, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, among others.
Project Description
The project covered a full implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX together with business requirements analysis, preparation of technical documentation, development of dedicated functionality, system testing, and user training. A Rental module for managing retail space was also developed, along with solutions supporting construction processes, including snagging list handling.
Challenge
Westfield needed an integrated ERP system to support the management of a large portfolio of commercial properties and investment processes. The key challenge was mapping the specific processes related to leasing retail space and delivering construction investments.

ANEGIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX and prepared dedicated extensions supporting lease management, construction processes, and the day-to-day running of shopping centres. The project covered business analysis, software development, testing, and preparing users to work with the new system.
