NCC is one of the largest construction companies in Northern Europe. The company delivers infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects and operates in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. As part of its digital transformation, it chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to support the growth and standardisation of its processes.
Project Description
NCC chose to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to unify its financial processes and further digitise its operations. The project covered extending the standard functionality of the system, preparing dedicated modules to support logistics and warehouse management, and integration with the external systems used by the organisation. In addition, ANEGIS extended the data migration mechanisms and solutions automating the exchange of information between applications.
Challenge
The key challenge was adapting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to the specific business processes of a construction company operating in many markets. It was necessary to prepare dedicated extensions, ensure reliable communication with external systems, and streamline finance, warehouse, and transport processes while maintaining high data quality.
Solution
ANEGIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance together with dedicated functional extensions for finance, warehouse, and logistics processes. Integrations with the Viktoria, OneIP, and C7 systems were delivered, the Data Migration Framework was extended, and solutions automating data exchange between systems were implemented.
